We're so excited to have you for a cooking class or tour! Before you come, read through the information below to make sure you're comfortable with all the elements of the experience. By reserving your place in our programs, you affirm and agree to the terms and conditions and release of liability below.
Cancellation, Refund, and Deposit Policy
PAYMENT
Booking a class requires full payment upfront, or a 50% deposit if the reservation is more than 60 days in the future.
PRIVATE GROUPS
Private class reservations are fully refundable up to 14 days before the start time minus a 3% service charge. Between 8-13 days before the date, 50% of the payment minus the service charge is refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days are not refundable.
PUBLIC GROUPS
Group class reservations are fully refundable up to 7 days before the start minus a 3% service charge. Between 5-7 days before a class, 50% of the payment minus the service charge is refundable. Cancellations made within 4 days (96 hours) or fewer of the class will not receive a refund. In some cases, we will be able to issue a voucher for a future class.

Our group classes require a minimum of four participants to operate. We will notify students 48 hours or more before a class in the unlikely event that a class needs to be canceled. Participants will be given a full refund, allowed to reschedule for an alternate tour date, or given the option to do a private class.
Refunds are not given in the case a participant is a no-show for any reason.
Tour Conditions, Accessibility and Special Requests
ALLERGIES, KOSHER NEEDS, DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Please inform us prior to your tour or class if there are any allergies, kosher needs, or dietary concerns and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please be aware that while we can do classes that omit certain allergens, our kitchen is not a sterile 'allergy-free' environment so please take proper precautions before and during your food experience.

Citrus & Salt and its representatives cannot be liable for any injury, expense, or irregularity due to terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, weather, or any other cause beyond control. You understand that there are inherent risks associated with travel and assume all responsibility for any injury or loss during your experience.

Please be aware that Israel may be a different environment than you are used to in your home country; accessibility, environment, and cultural norms may differ. We will do our best to accommodate any needs but cannot guarantee conditions. Please be in touch prior to your food experience with concerns or requests.
Photos and Vides
Please be aware that Citrus & Salt as well as other students may take pictures and /or videos during your class or tour to use for personal and/or publicity use. If you are not comfortable with this, please say so prior to your experience.
