Frequently Asked Questions

If your question isn't answered here feel free to send us an email or reach out on Instagram/Whatsapp.

Where are you located?  Where do I park?

Our studio is in Tel Aviv, in the Florentine neighborhood. We recommend parking in a city-run parking lot nearby on Chelnov 22. The cost is 16nis an hour. We recommend using the navigation app, Waze, as Google Maps does not seem to be up to date.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo, BIT, cash, Paypal, Israeli or American bank transfer, and credit cards. Payments for tours and classes are due in full 60 days before the start date unless otherwise arranged.

 Are you Kosher?

Our studio is 'kosher style'. We use kosher meat, don't use pork or shellfish, and don't mix meat and milk in our food. We do not have a certificate.

In the future, we hope to get a 'Tzohar' certification Feel free to check back in!

 What lanugage are classes in?

All of our classes are in English. If needed, some Hebrew translation can be provided. Upon request, we can organize a workshop in Spanish.

How long are classes?

All of our workshops are three hours including gathering, cooking and eating. Shorter or longer classes can be made available upon request in private sessions.

What is your cancellation/ refund policy?

Booking a class requires full payment upfront, or a 50% deposit if the reservation is more than 60 days in the future.

Private class reservations are fully refundable up to 14 days before the start time minus a 3% service charge. Between 8-13 days before the date, 50% of the payment minus the service charge is refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days are not refundable.

Group class reservations are fully refundable up to 7 days before the start minus a 3% service charge. Between 5-7 days before a class, 50% of the payment minus the service charge is refundable. Cancellations made within 4 days (96 hours) or fewer of the class will not receive a refund. In some cases, we will be able to issue a voucher for a future class.

Our group classes require a minimum of four participants to operate. We will notify students 48 hours or more before a class in the unlikely event that a class needs to be canceled. Participants will be given a full refund, allowed to reschedule for an alternate tour date, or given the option to do a private class.

Refunds are not given in the case a participant is a no-show for any reason.

How do group classes work?

We have several group classes in Israeli and international menus every month. You're welcome to sign up alone or with others! They are 280nis a person and require a minimum of 5 total sign-ups to run ( they open up to 13 people).

Do you provide gift certificates?

Yes! We're happy to issue a gift certificate. They are valid for one year and non-refundable but can be transferable.
