In this class you’ll make: Fresh handmade tortillas from scratch Beer-battered fried fish tacos Chipotle Tinga Mexican Rice Guacamole, pico de gallo, picante crema Cinnamon custard 🍷 While you cook, enjoy hibiscus agua fresca and a glass of wine. 🛒 We’ll also cover where to source specialty ingredients so you can recreate the dishes at home.
