Perfect Summer Recipes

Lighten up your summer with these fresh recipes! You can make these veggie forward dishes together as a full meal, or separately. Feel free to play around with the ingredients, adding on your favorite toppings or extras.



This salad is the perfect balance of zesty, sweet and creamy. We're in love with the sesame fried feta- eat it when its straight out of the pan for the perfect gooey bite. If you want to avoid gluten,

you can swap out the flour for cornstarch, gluten free flour or just dunk the feta straight into the sesame ( make sure you stick the sesame on well with this option because we found it falls off a bit in the fry).


Tip:If you can't find pomegranate molasses feel free to sub for honey or date syrup (silan).

and if you want to eat pasta that we call a 'salad'...try out this orzo salad!

We love this recipe because it packs a big flavor punch even though its pretty quick to make!


If you don't have almonds ( or don't eat them) feel free to substitute them for cashews or walnuts in the pesto. Feel free to add any of your favorite grilled vegetables or even toss in some arugula or baby spinach to give this a heavier vegetable punch.


This dish is great both hot or cold, so feel free to make it in advance for your next brunch or summer evening dinner.
